Engaging cocktail making class was a highlight.

Its location was perfect and brilliant, just 5 minutes walk from a local museum.

Active personnel, recently refurbished and great-sized rooms with the bath as well as comfortable bed...

Great dining experience elevated my stay .

The lack of cleanliness in the communal areas was shocking. I expected a standard of high cleanliness, but it was clearly lacking throughout. Not to mention, the accessibility features promised were not functional, leaving my mobility-impaired friend struggling.

Absolute friendlyness

The hotel is spotless and has super-friendly and pretty friendly staff. The rooms are recently refurbished with 3 single beds and the bath, as for instance. The location is good for exploring Letterkenny. You could walk to a mall and nice stores. The restaurant is fabulous, serves excellent dishes. Would recomand this accommodation to family and friends.

We enjoyed fantastic golfing at Portsalon Golf Club and a thrilling day of airsoft at Gartan Lake Outdoor Centre. The hotel's location made it easy to explore places like the Grianan Theatre, just five minutes away. It's great for groups wanting activities, bars, and restaurants nearby. Would recommend this spot to fellow travelers!

Unfortunately, while checking out, the manager was rude and patronizing when I tried to bring food back to my room. It.

Fairly clean place & accommodating and exceptional staff. Very impressed with guest room in around the bath. Plenty of exceptional options for meal. Really lovely overall experience.

great weekend. The staff were unbelievable! So efficient and welcoming. the rooms were spotless and beds really comfortable. Ate in the resturant and the food was beautiful and well presented.Bar staff were very efficient ................ A real pleasure to stay at this hotel and we will definetly be back

Ideal for a short escape

My experience was surprisingly great! The parking was easy to find and the check-in process? Flawless!

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still manageable.

Stayed in room 109 . Bed & pillows very comfortable, clean . Breakfast was excellent. All staff very efficient , chef very accomodating I noticed when a few other residents made a special request he went out of his way . We have stayed in several hotels around Donegal this is as good as the other 4 and the 5 star hotel in the county. I am bringing two friends 19- 21 for a special birthday , so says it all .

Staff were very friendly and did all they could for our group as we were part of a family wedding. Extra towles etc being offered. Special mention to waiting and bar staff especially Karen at the bar on Friday night. She was well able for the lads and gave as good as she got!!!!

Lifts were a bit confusing, I used the stairs but still managed to come out on the wrong floor a few times.... The exersise was good though.

I loved the powerful walk-in shower and the tasty breakfast buffet that kicked off my mornings! The fitness suite and sauna offered some great relaxation after a busy day. The room could use a bit of updating, but it didn't take away from my enjoyable stay. 😊

Loved everything about it staff brill. Food gorgeous we even booked another 2 nights for next June for the rally it was a lovely hotel fab location 40 mins from Donegal town

the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the bar on the Friday night and it was lovely. Would stay there again.

it was very confusing with having to take two different lifts to the rooms. Had to find lifts and there could be more clearer signs on how to get to reception.
